Macaroni with chipotle

Ingredients:

 

  • ¼ White Onion
  • 1 small can of San Marcos Chipotles
  • ¾ cup Cream
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 Tbsp Chicken Bouillon Powder
  • 20g Butter
  • 1 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese

Instructions:

01. Blend the cream, chipotles, milk and bouillon together.

02. Season with salt and pepper.

03. Pour sauce in a hot pan and let it boil.

04. Add the macaroni.

05. When the sauce is thick, serve and sprinkle some cheese.

Sausages with peppers and chipotle

Ingredients:

 

  • ½ kg Turkey Sausage
  • ¼ Sour Cream
  • San Marcos Chipotles
  • 3 Peppers
  • Chicken Bouillon

Instructions:

01. Chop the sausages and peppers.

02. Fry them in oil.

03. Blend the cream and chipotles with some bouillon.

04. When the sausages are fried add the cream and let everything boil. If the dish looks dry, add some milk

Cheese stuffed jalapeños wrapped with bacon

Ingredients:

 

  • 6 San Marcos Jalapeños
  • 1 package of Bacon
  • 1 package of Cream Cheese
  • Toothpicks

Instructions:

01. Cut the jalapeños in halves and remove the seeds with a spoon.

02. Fill them with cream cheese and wrap them with a strip of bacon. Secure with a toothpick.

03. Roast and turn them until the bacon is crispy.

San Marcos tip: Make them more flavorful by mixing the cream cheese with chipotles or fried chorizo.

Fish with San Marcos chiles largos

Ingredients:

 

  • 1 can of San Marcos Chiles Largos
  • 1 jar of San Marcos Mustard Sauce
  • 8 Fish Fillets (the fish of your choice)
  • 1 Tbsp Finely Chopped Onion
  • 1 Finely Chopped Garlic Clove
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • Olive Oil
  • Salt and Pepper

Instructions:

01. Season the fish fillets.

02. Sauté the onion, garlic and pepper. Add some mustard sauce and the vinegar of the chiles largos to season.

03. In a pan, add some oil and fry the fish fillets.

04. Serve them and pour some sauce and two chiles largos.

San Marcos tip: You can make the same recipe but with chicken.

Glorious potato pancakes with tuna and chipotle

Ingredients:

 

  • 290 gr of San Marcos Chipotles
  • 2 cans of tuna
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • Ground black pepper and salt to taste
  • 2 potatoes
  • 100 gr of ground bread

Instructions:

01. Peel the potatoes and cut them into squares. Cook them in salted water and let them drain once they are soft.

02. Put them in a bowl, add butter, a pinch of pepper, the eggs, ground bread, Tuna and San Marcos Chipotles

03. Mix everything together into a dough and make small pancakes.

04. In a pan, heat some oil and add the pancakes. Once they get crispy and golden, flip them, and take them out of the pan. Enjoy the glorious flavor San Marcos Chipotles give to this dish!

Yielding tips

Cook properly with the utensils we already have at home. Choose pans and pots of the same size of your stove (you will avoid heat waste), cover the pots and pans, chop the food well before throwing them into the casserole (they will take less time to cook), with these actions all your resources are used much better.

Ingredients:

 

  • 1 can of San Marcos Red Rajas
  • 2 Chopped Avocados
  • 100g Chopped Pork Rind
  • 3 Tbsp Chopped Red Onion
  • Olive Oil
  • Lemon Juice (1 Lemon)
  • Salt and Pepper
  • Tortilla Chips

Instructions:

01. Mix the pork rind, onion, salt and pepper, olive oil, lemon juice and some rajas’ vinegar.

02. Add the avocado and rajas and mix.

03. Serve with tortilla chips.

San Marcos tip: You can add fresh cheese.

Pork with chipotle and pineapple

Ingredients:

 

  • 1 can of San Marcos Chipotles (215g)
  • 3 or 4 slices of San Marcos Pineapples with Syrup (in triangles)
  • 1 cup Syrup
  • 600g Pork Tenderloin (small cubes)
  • 1 cup Tomato Puree
  • 1/3 Chopped Onion
  • Salt and Pepper
  • Oil

Instructions:

01. Season the pork and lightly fry it with some oil.

02. Blend the chipotle with the puree, onion and syrup.

03. Add some sauce and let it boil until cooked.

04. Add the pineapple and let it season.

San Marcos tip: If you want a sweeter taste, add 2 more slices of pineapple.

Ingredients:

 

  • 1 can of San Marcos Chipotles (215g)
  • 2 Chicken Breasts in fillets
  • 4 Tbsp Finely Chopped Onion
  • 1 Tbsp Finely Chopped Garlic
  • ¾ cup Cream
  • Oil
  • Salt and Pepper

Instructions:

01. Season the fillets.

02. Sauté the onion and the garlic with some oil, add the chipotles and then some cream.

03. Pour the sauce in the fillets and bake for 20-25 minutes.

04. Serve and add more sauce.

San Marcos tip: You can also make some chicken wings.

  • 1 can of San Marcos Sliced Jalapeños (215g)
  • 2 Tbsp Chopped Coriander
  • ½ cup Chopped Red Onion
  • 2 Large Halves Chicken Breasts
  • 1 cup Melted Cheddar or Yellow Cheese
  • ½ cup Cream
  • Fried Tortilla Strips
  • Salt and Pepper

Instructions:

01. Cook the chicken breasts in one liter of boiling water, add the jalapeños’ vinegar and season

02. Once cooked, chop the breasts in 8 slices.

03. Mix the cheese with cream and heat in a pan, add some jalapeño slices.

04. Serve with melted cheese and put more jalapeños and tortilla strips as decoration. Sprinkle some coriander.

San Marcos tip: You can also make this recipe with beef.
